Present a jewellery collection with verifiable material claims
Keep catalogue and media descriptions tied to information you can verify.

A catalogue, social post or press note should describe what is known about the item. Separate your own observations from statements supplied by the brand. Describe the item, its dimensions and the finish you are seeking. Ask the supplier to identify the base material, any plating, stones and fastening components. If a term in the catalogue is unclear, ask what it means for that particular product.
Keep a claim and its evidence together. A photograph cannot establish metal composition, stone identity or suitability for a particular use. Request the relevant product information before repeating a claim in your own listing. Do not label an item certified or tested unless the supplier provides the matching evidence and its scope is clear.
For a first commercial enquiry, add the desired assortment, indicative quantities and destination market. Mark unresolved details plainly. This practical checklist is not a certification or a substitute for the checks required for the actual product.
