We process account and contact details, company and professional profiles, CVs you upload, enquiries, optional newsletter preferences, security data and, if paid checkout is enabled, payment status and Stripe identifiers. We use this information to provide requested services and respond to you (contract or steps before a contract), send an optional confirmed digest (consent), protect the site and correct content (legitimate interests), and keep required accounting records (legal obligation).

Cloudflare hosts the site, files, email and anti-spam services; Neon hosts the database. A chosen company receives the business request you send to it. Stripe processes card details if checkout is enabled; we do not store card numbers. Google Gemini is used for approved public editorial material, not private CVs, enquiries or passwords. Providers may process data outside the UK; ask us for details of applicable transfer safeguards.

We keep data while needed for the stated service, handling a request or legal duties. Account and profile data can be reviewed for removal after account closure; encrypted backups are separately retained and pruned. We do not sell personal data. Necessary cookies support login, form security and language preference.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent for the digest. Write to privacy@tr.moda.
