A reusable wholesale enquiry checklist
Prepare the key details before contacting a seller about an existing collection.
Identify the seller and the exact product, collection or assortment you want to discuss. Add a link or product reference, then list the variants and indicative quantities. State your delivery country and the time frame you are considering.
Ask the seller to confirm availability, minimum order quantities, quoted currency, price basis and what is included. Request the product information relevant to your destination and intended use. Mark any detail that is still undecided.
On TR.MODA, open the company or product page and choose a wholesale enquiry. Review the recipient and your contact details, then submit. The enquiry is saved in your workspace and the recipient's inbox even if a notification fails. Keep subsequent answers with that enquiry. Sending it starts a commercial discussion; it does not place an order or charge a payment.
